Damn Frankie. You are doing so well!! You get to know people pretty closely on here. You talk to them a lot, get to understand their problems. It really does make you feel proud when you see people making improvements.

years ago I was on Celexa but it did nothing to help me sleep. I was constantly tired, but not crying anymore, started to eat. I felt like zombie, to be honest on it. So the option was stick to benzos when panic attack and try to relax. Of course sleeping pill at night.

By the way doctors are kind of dummies, Zoplicone or Imovane brand name is not habit forming, at least not that fast. He mixed ativan with zoplicone in His brain, I think. Doctors never stop surprising me :))

I've had insomnia for a long long time. I went a few weeks with no sleep, was getting delusional. lol. I'm taking Zolpidem Er. 12.5 mg. Sometimes I sleep. Sometimes not. It sounds like however you were before, you have come a long way. I'm proud of you. I hope I'm able to do that. Life sucks sometimes. lol. That's not very inspirational, but it does. I hate to be disappointed, and this past year has been full of it. I guess it's up to me to make a change. I joined this site. That was good. Definitely. I hope to do much more work on myself though.
