They're probably my favorite band. They are very heavy though, not for everyone. Some of their melodic work and leads take me to another place. It's amazing. I'm also always impressed at how they blend together so many different styles.

Alright, this thread's getting updated again!

I remember when that cover of Mad World was Christmas number 1. Can't remember how old I was -- pretty young though. I remember thinking it was one of the worst songs I'd ever heard. I hated it.

Now I'm older (and have experienced depression) I appreciate it a lot more. Funny how you change...

Tastes certainly change, it's always nice when you rediscover something and enjoy what you previously disliked.
