I'm still trying to hang in there, gettin these letters from the jail everyday is abit tough I must say.
Its only 30 days, I know..like 22 more I think.
Her letter today said everything that she wants to do when she gets out..get hair coloring, go eat junkfood, go get a new cell phone..
Things that she at 18 finds inspiring and gives her something to look forward too.
And just saying that she's sorry for leaving me here alone too but I can still get around ok on my own at the moment so we're good there..

I usually feel 1000x better after weight training. Haven't been able to for a week. That Seroquel made me dizzy, nauseous, and weak.

Dose is probably too high..
My daughter takes 25mgs I believe at night to sleep..

Chocolate is great, but I do only dark chocolate. Ascension day is always good. It was quiet on the mountain as all the folk here headed out to church and functions I suppose. My children and mom are 800 miles away and so it's a day I miss them especially more so. Dad is an acre away and he's like me in that we don't do holidays, or not very much. My wife and I did complete the rear deck handrails, and to me that is a celebration. Spending time with her is delicious. How about you? Good to see you, and hope all is well. I expect it is. :D

I've been off any meds for about five ish months now,not that I won't again if I need them
