Oh gawd ... I remember it well too. I was 14 in 1987 and struggling badly with puberty it was horrible and school was rough. I guess it was then people taught me even at that early age to become a loner. However there were many bright spots though.

Michael Jackson - You Are Not Alone
Sorry Sal, but I got to share how that Jackson clip whilst well meaning, has somewhat left disturbed thinking in terms of what an unstable world fettered on too much emotion. Something like that. Michael is one of my favourites when it comes to 'music' of my time but that clip really showed another side I was never into and glad for it. Kind of like a mass Pentecostal church service with all the same bells and whistles. One could be forgiven thinking Michael was Jesus. Thanks for the share.

I can dig the tune but not sure I'm seeing many sacrifices out my front door. Forgive me as I often struggle with context. I's this about self sacrifice to achieve a particular outcome? Again - I have always struggle to hear and make sense of lyrics.
