I got a cinnamon iced Caffè Latte today at Starbucks!
What I did that was positive today was go out for another walk around my neighborhood this morning, not so much to lose weight, but to lower my bad cholesterol levels.
A step in the right direction, Mike! If you can do it without statins, naturally, you'll be better off.
Today I went to the mall just to walk around, and I bought some sweets at the dollar store :)
What I did that was positive today was focus on my hobbies, go out for another walk around my neighborhood, go grocery shopping, and enjoy the autumn leaves around here.
Read a good book and talked with an elder. I think I made her happy today.
Gave a donation to a charity.
Treated someone I knew to a drink at Starbucks.
No caffeine, sugar, salts, or packaged foods for two weeks today.
I water fasted for 3 days. 72 hours. I feel ready to take the next step with my healthy eating and feel good that I accomplished something considered difficult by most others.
Today I walked through the village with a ginger drink from Starbucks. Just a beautiful day outside :)
For me it was a gingerly walk along the beach, but no starbucks :(
i had such wonderful day at market , Met a lot of people from exotic places, huge sales, which is good too, Of course I do not wear a mask so always get some looks from masked ones. It was a very good day, High vibes from everyone. Great awakening is happening
Although a little sore from today's push, I kept active for the greater part of the day and now looking forward to sleep.

Pulled down a huge trampoline and packed it away as part of an upcoming move. Got some veggies back into my body and starting to bounce back from a few hard core sick days. On the up and up.

Went for a short walk after being indoors for almost a full week mostly in bed. Good grief...does the world change this fast?? and not in a good way either.
I'm mean I know my memory isn't *that* bad. Man.. I was looking for (searching for) something out there to make me feel a ease or whole or something within - wrong move :( I Guess I need to look at it differently going forward, and I know its not (totally) me. Everything, and I do mean everything just feels wrong. Anyways, the positive thing is that I did eventually get outside and will try to see it as yet another first step towards getting back up after a huge downfall.
Also.. in a short while, somebody it taking me to starbucks, so I look forward to that :)
Okay,, focus of what it right. For now, don't even try to figure out other people or the world situation. Just pull (withdraw) back even further if that is even possible. I mean how much more can a human being be more isolated. But for now, has to be this way. Throwing myself out there for people to 'have at it' isn't fair to me.
Yeah, Ponder, as you can see, I really should think about starting that thread I was talking about. I just wan to make some kind of sense. Everything is still pretty jumbled.

So true Sal. Thankfully I no longer try to keep up with the world. If I did, I would have to read a volumes of data just to catch up after also spending my week long periods inside. Yes it is sad to see so much authority leading the way with regards to basic daily living but I leave that to mine or your new thread. YES PLEASE → No pressure but would love to see you start a new thread where you talk about whatever. I guess it would not be so bad to talk about reality in a way that we can keep ourselves above the water.
Your writings never ever have to be in a straight line for me Sal. I much prefer to go down a jumbling creek as opposed to someone's well laid out kitchen sink. hehe ... now I am not making much sense.

Mowed front and back. Did the edging as well as weeding then blew and swept it all down. Hosed down the concrete on both back veranda and carport as well as cleaned up after the fence builders who really should of done it themselves. Also cleaned up a lot of the rubbish on back veranda and repotted my plants and threw out a decaying plant stand. Also added some more household rubbish up behind back shed. I think that was it ... huge day. Possible a few other things that I can't remember. It was hot as so I took a break and left half of all that where I finished off around 8pm watering the grass where the tamp used to be. It was nice to be outside with the hose at that time of night. ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz I think I will sleep well tonight. Have been up since 5am which is also another positive thing. Trying to keep that a routine now. Waking up the same time each day really helps.
Gave small holiday gift cards to some people I am friendly with.
Went for a short walk this morning. If all goes well, somebody is coming by to take me somewhere tonight.
Good Idea Sal. I think I will go for my fist walk in the new area late this afternoon. So far my positive thing is unpacking a little each day.

Some disabled man was hanging outside a Walgreens near my home and office, so I asked him if he wanted a pack of cigarettes and he said Newport 100's, so I bought him a pack and he thanked me a bunch of times.
Calling a loved one to cheer her up.
I cheered up someone today. She just broke up with her boyfriend. I hope that counts.

I managed to get out of bed today and it was very hard concerning the kind of day we had yesterday in the US. Oh and another thing I did positive today, was to turn off the media (throwing fuel to the fire) and pop in a cool DVD and enjoy a Hazelnut Coffee. HA.. I know that was 3 things.
Oh and also, I'm going to enjoy breakfast shortly. Oops that was 4 things...Lulz :D
I got my much-needed sleep, then I satisfied my burger craving. Does that count? I pet my dog. (Boring day)

I did some (much needed) house cleaning today.
I managed to go out for corned beef dinner with a couple, but am very glad to be home. Was good to eat a full dinner as I've been living on junk food lately.
Same with the junk food but had an awesome time away from home and now ready to go back. Leaving in the morning.

I'm still unsure on whether or not I'm going to stay here, but I'll try so long is it doesn't do down the crapper like it did the last few weeks and I get that feeling (some) people just can't let shit go.

Sorry I missed you. I was on the nod falling to sleep after a big day when I posted that. Glad you got were able to get it at a time that pleased you. I have updated my travels in my journal thread. I am heading out to the shops today. That will be my positive thing for the day. :)
