I was just wondering what people are using these days that is really working and I mean new methods. Like is there any new advanced technology that seems to be working or is the old stuff that's been around forever still what is good?

Thank you, that was a very helpful post. There's so many things out there these days that I hate to spend money because it might be a scam but I'm finding a few useful things.
