The Food At Mental Hospitals And Psychiatric Wards

Back in year 2000 and 2001, I was in and out of psychiatric wards and mental hospitals due to depression and anxiety issues. The same was true for me between 2008 through 2011.

And I found that some of those hospitals here in Maine, United States offered some rather good quality and tasty meals for patients like me.

I think it's good for places like that to serve good tasting food to its patients with mental health issues. Eating yummy breakfasts, lunches, and suppers can make some depressed patients feel somewhat better. It made me feel kind of less sad while I was there.

I mean hey, every little bit helps.
