Woke up while dreaming with anxiety, feeling like heart was penetrated?

Hi, while i was sleeping, I woke up and had this muscle-contracting like anxiety on my chest, and it was like i was having a heart attack of some sort.. It could be that i slept next to my computer and a sound it made woke me up, but after checking everything no sound was made.. I was dreaming literally about bubble gums and while i was checking my bubble gum i saw something inside it and before i could even understand what it was, i was woken up with anxiety skipping all the relaxation sensation and going straight to full rev.. What was that? Should i be worried?

After googling it it came out as a nocturnal panic attack.. First time hearing about it, anybody know if that's it? :/

To be honest, right-now i'm at my best with anxiety, i've been way worse but it had settle this period, however i got this today and i don't know what's going on..
