Citalopram to Fluoxetine

Hey,

I'm moving from Citalopram onto Fluoxetine.
Any advice with regards to the Fluoxetine? I've never had it before and the side effects of the Citalopram weren't nice and my doctor advised the effects are fairly similar.

Any advice would be appreciated! :)

I took myself off Fluoxetine after just two days as it caused major tummy upset..

Grr...I suffer from IBS, I hope it doesn't affect it :(

It might, you will have to try it for a few days and see..

what is your diagnosis?
or in the other words for what you are taking the medication ?
for an exemple , one of the disorders of anxiety's group? ( OCD ,GAD ) etc.
