The Book that Helped Save Me

I have suffered from weird to very weird anxiety symptoms, and a book I recently read has helped me come a LONG way. You can do an Amazon search of the title "Hello Happy & Goodbye Worries" the author is Kate Love I'm pretty sure.

I heard this book started as a hit in the UK, and now is slowly becoming more popular in the U.S. This book has helped me in a way I never thought possible. I now feel almost entirely anxiety free. Please take time to read it. I promise it will at least help you feel a little bit better quickly.
