This My second day on escitalopram/10mg. side effects aren't bothersome,is it normal?

yesterday was day 1 of the treatment, I'm taking 10mg in the morning, it was awful (nausea, dizziness, loss of appetite..). However, today I didn't notice any bothersome side effects ! I've been told that side effects last at least a week !
PS : I have been takin mianserin for a month, and I'm still taking 15mg each night to help me sleep. Could it be the mianserin ?!

Hi Adel :)

I'm on 20mg Lexapro (same thing). These meds do cause awful side effects at first. I'm not sure what Mianserin is but it'd be the Lexapro giving you side effects. You just have to push through it for a few weeks.
