Hello! Bipolar with a side of anxiety here.

Hi everyone!

I'm a Utahn stay-at-home mom with three kids, two dogs and a cat. I have bipolar disorder, served with a side of random anxiety (strikes a few times a year). I train dogs and have been working with my rescued German Shepherd to teach him to help me with my depressions and anxiety issues and that's been very helpful. :)

Hopefully I can help others and get some good advice when needed. Feel free to PM me if you're curious about dogs and anxiety stuff, I'm happy to tell you what I know.

I will have the panic attack, served with a side of OCD and hypochondria. LOL

"PM me if you are curious about dogs." Love that. My yellow lab has a bum back leg and I feel sorry for her. She is really good. Her name is Lane. WIth the bum leg, we call her "Lame." I know that is kinda mean
