Scratching myself in my sleep? Can anyone help? :(

hi! I'm 15 and diagnosed with generalised anxiety disorder and panic disorder, and recently I waking up covered in scratches and cuts. all over my face, neck, chest, even around my eyes. it hurts quite a bit, and my mum is getting annoyed about it. has anyone been through this? does anyone have any ways I can stop this happening, because my mum is getting really angry a lot and I'm really embarrassed about it. thanks for any posts!
