Temazepam for Anxiety?

Hi I have like a Train/Bus/Plane phobia and next week I am going on vacation and I need to take all of the three transports to get to my destination, so I went to the doctor and prescribed me 5 Gel's of 10mg Temazepam.

I have researched about this benzo and a lot of people say it's for Insomnia, so my question is will it help me to reduce my anxiety and the change to get a panic attack while sitting in the Train/Bus/Plane.

I am scared that I need to take 3-4 pills to get to my destination and I don't have enough to get back to get home because I'm panicking before I get in the plane back or something so please someone help me!! It's bugging me for a long time now.

The trip is about 7-9 Hours long
