Hey,
This dp/dr feeling is scaring me so much that it has become the trigger to my panic attacks. Does anyone has any tips what to do when you feel that horrible dreamy/"fake life" feeling? I can't deal with this every night, it won't let me sleep. I'm gonna hit the gym now and hopefully it'll go away. Help is appreciated!
