i feel like i am going insane with college stress. the workload with continual assessments to be in and coming up to exams is crazy. im alone in my room all the time doing work. im lonely and feel really down and i constantly feel my blood rushing in my ears and flutters in my chest and im not sleeping very well.Anyone have any tips on how to deal?
