Anxiety Affirmations Skype Partner for Self-Esteem

Hi Everybody,

I have been using the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne​ with some success recently. In it, one of the best strategies that he suggests is to recite affirmations with a partner to raise your self esteem. I would really like to be able to practice these affirmations through Skype with someone. Don't worry, I am not a creepy guy, actually a really nice guy just looking for someone to practice the affirmations with. Let me know if you would be interested in raising your self-esteem and lowering your anxiety by practicing with me.
