I am intermittently getting watery mouth. There is also a weird taste in my mouth. Whenever I get this I need to spit very frequently and must keep the dust bin nearby.

Anxiety has all kinds of effects on the body. I haven't had watery mouth, but have had dry mouth, heavy sweating, jaw lock and stomach cramps, to name a few.
The symptoms in the body reflect the difficult place we're in within our mind. As we work to toward recovery the symptoms will in time ease and disappear.
