My GAD has been getting worse lately and I also feel like I've developed paranoia. Has anyone experienced this??? I kind of feel like people are watching me or something. It's weird and it's freaking me out!

Yeah I had this, amongst a thousand other weird goings on.
It's part and parcel of fight or flight. Your brain is responding like there's danger around.
Freaked me out too. I even jumped at my own reflection once... lmao
