Bad Experiences Lead To My Anxiety I Need Help

So oneday it was me and my best friend almost like my brother. we were somewhat stoners because we smoked hella pot. but one day we wanted to try pills. so we took two hydrocodne and two oxycodne each (total of eight pills a pice) in the span of about four housrs and then we smoked a black and mild. i zoned out like i felt high but he was fine but that was a year ago and i still feel like that till this day. zoned out im nervous about everything i treid pot but the high isnt the same any more i have muscle spasms. my ears ring really bad and i don't know what to do.

i worry about small things. like this girl at work made me some food but i wouldnt eat becuse she left it in the back and feel i like someone could have poisined it.

im just tired of this feeling and i have adhd.

any advice i really need it.
