Thx for taking that the right way. I just had bad experiences with doctors and meds and feel it is crucial that as many people as possible know the value and effectiveness of cbt vs the money pit of meds.

Didn't mean to be a party pooper, but thought the message was being overwhelmed by the flirting. Hopefully the message that CBT beats meds is still getting through despite the fun and games on this thread tongue

LOL. Good job Tmays! This is exactly what turned myn life around and I still do the TEA forms and still grow everyday. Keep up the good work!
