Right now I'm on 40mg of Celexa and 0.5mg of Klonopin 3-4 times a day. My psychiatrist just upped my Klonopin from 2 a day. There was a time I felt fine, but recently I've just been feeling like crap even with the more Klonopin. I was talking to my doctor about taking something else or tapering, but he just wants me to take more meds, like adding a third. I don't know what I should do. If I feel like crap on the meds, then what's the point of taking them? Or is there any alternative I should ask next time I see my doctor? I was thinking of just going to a psychologist and getting off the meds and learning relaxation techniques.

No, you should tell your doctor that you are having bad side effects of your meds and he should take you off of the ones that are not helping.

Don't let your doctor treat the side effects of your medicine with more medicine. I had all sorts of problems from that. They should take what you say into consideration.
