I suffer from pretty bad health anxiety and am also under a lot of stress from being a first time mom of a toddler, dealing with my own internal struggles, and always feeling bleh. I am desperate for some relief and as I am writing this my chest feels heavy and numb and I feel like I cant breathe. Help :(
