I'm 33, female from Tx and I suffer from General Anxiety and Agoraphobia as well as panic attacks. It is all kind of new to me! Sadly, it took that scare to want to better myself inside as well as out! It's only been 3 weeks as of 7-1-16 since my most recent panic attack, but I have changed my lifestyle! Eating healthier & exercising has helped a lot along with this forum!
