I'm a woman that is diagnosed with Insomnia, Anxiety, PTSD, & Depression. I came here to find talk to other people who struggle with the same mental illness. People who understand the pain, the suicidal thoughts, the self hurt, destruction, losing the people we love, or no longer doing the things we love because we turn to numb the mental pain. I hope to make new friends
