I am 46 and having been having severe attacks for almost 20 years. Its been under control the past few years but they have started again-and happen at night from a dead sleep. I also have recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure too-so when my heart races it sends me into panic mode-I get sweats, diarrhea, vomit, tingling, and burning sensations in my chest and arms. Have sever insomnia which doesn't help the anxiety either.
