Anxiety sufferer since seeing my mum have a cardiac arrest at home. Saw her having CPR and the shockpads, almost lost her. Went through a hard time of being tested for Brugada as thats what my mum was diagnosed with. Tests went on for a year and this made my anxiety so much worst, once was taken into hospital with fast heart rate. I had CBT and this helped but recently it's all kicked off worst than normal, nothing I do is helping :(
