What haven't I been diagnosed with?
I used to struggle with my eating and was diagnosed with anorexia nervosa and major depression following a traumatic motor vehicle accident over 10 years ago. That evolved into bulimia nervosa and finally EDNOS.
I overcame these illnesses with treatment and medication and things were going great until my first panic attack 4 years ago.
Since then I have struggled with anxiety and panic attacks on and off. Right now I'm dealing with my third major relapse into frequent panic attacks. I'm also trying to hold down my full time job, maintain my relationships with family friends and loved ones and maintain my sanity.
I also love animals, reading, jogging and socialising with friends. Music and great television are also major passions of mine.
