Hello. I am 31 year old male who has always struggled dealing with stress! The past four months have been very difficult. Lots of stomach pain, as well as tingling on top my head, feeling light headed. Constantly think that I have a terminal illness. I have trouble sleeping, and often have horrible nightmares. Finally able to be honest with myself and acknowledge that I have anxiety.
