About Anxiety Release

Biography:

As a child was bullied and filled with phobias and anxieties. As an adult, depression was added and some of these anxieties finally succumbed to physical health crisis. Learning and using tools like meditation and forms of eastern medicine, I have released the scourge of all the phobias and the majority of my anxieties. Now I am coaching people in these natural ways to release anxiety, phobia and depression
