Biography:

I live in the Scottish Borders not far from Edinburgh. I have a grown up son and two lovely grandchildren who keep me going, when the going gets 'tuff'. Had to take very early retirement due to a severe back problem and also because I suffer from Tourette Syndrome, which I have now had for nearly 30 years. I have suffered with anxiety and depression for many years and spend my time on the internet, checking out blogs/forums about anxiety disorders and have recently published 3 articles on the subject and built a website also. I have found this of great benefit to me.
