My name is Stephanie, Im 21, and I attend college full-time currently getting my pre-reqs done for nursing. I was recently diagnosed with GAD. For years, I knew I had it. It wasn't just until recently that I got fed up with myself and wanted to be in control of my anxiety, not have it be in control of me. I just recently started talk therapy, and 30mg of cymbalta once a day. I hope these meds work, because I've been on countless types of meds and their side effects never outweighed the good effects.
