Fear of the unknown

Goin to college, getting a wife and being able to feel prepared for the world seems to be a constant struggle for me. I have a fear that their the probability is not high enough for me to get in, it scares me. I've made a few drastics steps to understanding and soothing myself but still I have fear. How do you get over this?

Many of us struggle with fear of the unknown and uncertainty. Unfortunately, this is not something you can "solve" or "figure out." I know this is probably not what you want to hear, but rather than looking to get over it but rather look to accept the uncertainty that life brings.

These are very normal fears, thought I understand how they can seem to be getting the best of you and overwhelm you. Hang in there, it will all pass.

When you say "I've made a few drastic steps to understand and sooth myself" what do you mean?
