burning sensation

Has anyone else felt like their nerves were on fire? It's like it runs all over my body, especially my feet, arms and legs. Does anyone have any ideal how to ease it?

I get that sometimes. I haven't found a way to ease it, so I'm excited to hear what other people have to say :)

I don't like it. It scares me.

It scares me too. All of my symptoms scare me. But you know what, we will all make it through :)

My feet started first to start buring so I would need to take off my shoes and find something cold to put them on then it started in bed and I would have to take them out of the covers. Now my hands do it and I now have to find a cold place for them. I have noticed that it happens when I'm nervous about someone or a situation. Strange how it all of sudden just came on??

i get it alot mine is in my arms shoulders and head just remember they are only sinsations it won't really horny you at all 1 thing I try to not to think about it when it happens them its not as bad
