Hit head extremely hard when i was young

Just recalled that when I was in grade 4 we were sledding at recess....I hit a big jump and landed on the left side/front of my head on a pure patch of ice....the next day I had a massive bump sticking out of my head.......I looked like an alien!!! I'm now wondering if it did any sort of damage or something that maybe has attributed to anxiety??
Might be way off but I am always analyzing why I've had anxiety my whole life
