scared! anyone heard of this?

hiya. my appointment for the psychiatrist has came through - only it's not a psychiatrist!

someone wants to come and see me at my home........................ care co-ordination!
he's not coming alone - he has a colleague!

they also want to see my family to speak to them about me too???

wtf is this all about?

it's the community treatment team!

ok...i'm calm!

i read the leaflet properly, instead of with a panicked view of it!
i googled the place frantically!

they are basically an assessment team. they will listen to me and assess me, and then help me move forward in the right direction.
they will also provide one on one help, if needed.
the reason it is a home visit is simply down to the fact, my doctor would have stated i am agoraphobic and so they probably think it is best with a home visit!

i read about it being for psychosis..and so it sent me round the twist!

that is hilarious - the things anxiety can do to you are unreal! ee the way it made me feel haha
