Honestly leet, it's been a savior to me. Sometimes meds tend to dry ya out, and this really helps. The only suggestion I have is to not do it less than 2 hours before bed. The water needs to be able to drain fully before you lay down :) My husband tells me it has helped a lot with my snoring too lol It must make it easier to breathe or something. haha
