What symptoms do u have?

I usually always have chest pain and tense muscles. Recently I've been getting headaches on my right side that hurt behind my right eye and temple. I start thinking I'm going to have a stroke. The back of my neck has been really tense and I've been getting internal tremors. What freaks me out the most is my chest! I've had my heart checked, but I can't help thinking there's something wrong. Please share your symptoms. Thanks

I just went to the hospital today cause after taking my meds nothing was helping the tight painful feeling in my chest with that overwhelmed fear of something wrong, we did an EKG everything is fine... Im just having a really bad episode of anxiety.. I hope you find help for yours!
