Fear is consuming me!

Today is a day where I feel ultimate fear. I feel like I can't enjoy the nice weather bc I'm taking it for granted and it's not going to be here for long, my fear of life basically is pretty high today and I have a tightness in my chest. Does anyone get these anxiety fears? And how do you deal with them?

Sure before I got much treatment that was often the way I felt. Are you seeing a doc or counselor for your anxiety??? Getting betters start with getting help for the vast majority. Alankay

I haven't yet. I keep thinking I can handle this on my own. I'm scared to go on any medications as well.

I too am scared of the medication at first but that fear went away once I got fed up living in fear I still have some bad todays, like today actually but for the most part once the medication takes action that fear of certain things should be gone or at least under control. I hope you find the answers you need.
