Motherhood must be an extremely demanding job considering you are the core of a family, I suggest one way is to have the child that likes talking to you the most go for walks with you and the dogs, that can be very stress relieving and also brings u closer to ur kids also if they don't want to go have ur husband go with you. You can relax with ur husband and also be able to create a deeper connection with him

I've been waiting for a few free moments to respond to this lol! I'm a mom to 3 (5, 3 and 6mo) as well as a step mom to 2 (17 and 20, both live with us half time). I'm a stay at home mom as of a year and almost 4 months ago. Personally I find it way more stressful and busy being home! I miss work. I love my babies like crazy and know these years are priceless with them. But have also found myself increasingly more anxiety ridden as the days go by. I need to desperately practice what I preach, but you most definitely need to make some time for you. When I worked I felt guilty to go out after work even just for an hour. I hadn't seen my kids all day and they needed me. But you need to unwind and decompress in order to be a good mommy. A regular form of physical activity is huge too. I miss this and again need to get back into it. Even a weekly yoga class or an hour walk with a friend or your children. Or your spouse if you can pull it off. A hobby would be beneficial too. I know it's hard with kids to find time or even space but if you could scrapbook or knit or anything for an hour in the eves, it may do wonders for your soul. Maybe even if your husband could give you say an hour on Wednesday's to enjoy a bath or something. Moms tend to kind of lose themselves when they have kids if they're not careful. I know I have and so many of my friends have too. Hang in there Mama. :)
