Hello I'm new here. My names Rachel (prob can figure that out by my username lol). I have anxiety and panic attacks. I have never been on medicine for it though but am diagnosed with general anxiety, panic attacks, and social anxiety. I don't know many people with anxiety so it's nice having this forum to talk to people who go through what I'm going through. Thanks!! :-)

Hi Rachel I'm Jeremy,

And I just joined the forum about a day ago as well! However, it is very nice to be able to talk to people going through this as well and know that you're not alone! I also suffered from panic attacks and had a little social anxiety at first but that has faded....but my anxiety is still there but have learned to control it a bit more...please let me know if you have questions or anything...that's why we're here
