Never Ending Fear

I have suffered from Panic Disorder for over four years now.
I have recently started to show signs of OCD and a tad bit of Agoraphobia.
I am so sick of living like this.

I'm not sure what else to write, but I just wanted to meet some people who I could relate to.

hiya :) everybody here is here to help and to be helped :) so you are definitely not alone.
i suffer from GAD and agrophobia and i'm sure i'm starting to show signs of OCD too, so i can definitely relate. as can many others on the board!
