veins at side of forehead

hi. never felt this before and was just wondering if somebody had any idea rather looking on google. anyway noticed yesterday veins on either side of forehead being raised and can feel them pulsating when i touch them . is this normal? i could just do with a bit of reassurance as being feeling a bit on edge past few days im sure most of you will understand. thanks

Yeah, I get stuff like that all the time. Its probably from muscle tension.

If you quit worrying about it it'll go away.
