So it is almost 1 in the morning by me right now and I am getting ready for bed. I had took a nyquil to get tired because I know I need a good rest. I have a lot of things to get done tomorrow. This is the time where I find myself thinking the most and having such a hard time falling to sleep and when I finally do I have a hard time staying asleep. Any advise on what to do?

I find that the sleepy time chamomile tea is good, also you may try some melatonin, it is a natural substance and can be found in the vitamin Isle.

I have this problem sometimes and I find that if I am going to have a panic attack it will usually happens when I pay down to go to sleep. When this happens I try to think good thoughts, and distract my mind with thoughts that make me happy until I fall asleep, hopefully you find something that works for you, good luck.
