Hopefully this helps because the Viibryd was horrid. Does anyone else take this? He tried to reassure me as much as possible today by telling me that he prescribes this pill to the elderly and children so it shouldn't make me nervous.

Celexa is a good ssri and should help. Alankay

I have never used any prescription medication for my anxiety and anxiety attacks but what I have used was a lot of books that helped me to train my thoughts and my mind overall, and at any sign of an incoming attacks which lead to me defeating anxiety completely. Maybe you could try applying this technique along with your medication to achieve true freedom from anxiety forever.

I used to have an anxiety book that was wonderful, but I gave it away years ago when my anxiety had disappeared. I guess now that my anxiety is back I should probably repurchase that book. Anyways, I'm starting therapy next week which will help me work through panic attacks.
