Hello everyone!
Just wanting to introduce my self. My name is Allie I live in New York. I happened to stumble upon this page while looking up information about anxiety. With this forum I am hoping to talk to people who understand me and can relate to the things I go through in everyday life. I just recently started suffering from anxiety after my grandmother had a stroke back in December. Although she is fine and on the road of recovery I guess it is something that is stuck in my mind now.
