no sleep need help

Hi I need some help I was on this fourm all l day yesterday off and on up 12:30 am do you think I was on it to much
Can that be why I did not sleep to much stimulation from this forum I need help please

Hi Bryan, I've been the same lately because I've been having so many panic/anxiety issues. I actually feel better being here especially when I feel an episode coming on - it's like a medicine to me and can very quickly diffuse my situation. I feel I'm amongst people who care and know exactly what I'm going through. If it helps you then it can never be too much. xx
