Need advice , need to learn to stand up for myself

Was hoping someone may have some advice for me, I have suffered anxiety for several years, it used to be just social anxiety but over the few years has become more generalised so i now seem to worry about everything, ive always had a problem standing up for myself but recently this has become more of a problem, i am so spineless but just cant seem to do anything to remedy the situation

can you give me an example of a situation that you wouldnt be able to stand up for yourself in? i could give better advise knowing a situation... and i would gladly help on this problem
