Hello fellow anxiety suffers. My name is Michael. I have GAD and Panic Disorder. I have been dealing with anxiety since elementary school. I just moved to Hawaii and am currently off my meds. I figured I'm moving to Hawaii, it's peaceful there, my anxiety will be gone! I thought wrong. I am going to see a doctor in a couple days to get back on Xanax and Paxil. I also suffer from chronic pain, GI, and heart problems. I'm a CNA and will be becoming a nurse soon, if my anxiety/panic doesn't stop me! I went on a walk for 20 mins and it was so nerve-wracking! I am afraid to leave my apartment. I panic as soon as I step out the door!! Well anyways, I hope you all have a good night, thanks for reading!!!
