Scared of living...

I have no idea how to live... my phobia keeps me from doing anything and everything. my rituals are making me insane...... what is life?!?!?! should be fun, but i dont know how to do anything. Im 25 and a single parent, i need to live for my child...

Miss, have you worked with a doc for OCD/anxiety? Often high doses of SSRI's are needed or even TCA's sometimes with an add on/augmentation med and although it may take time, there often can be a big reduction in symptoms when used along with counseling. Alankay.

im scared of going to the mall, drug stores, being in contact with people in general. i have a phobia of vomiting. as silly as it sounds it controls my life. i am constantly thinking about it. i barely eat, i have lost twenty pounds in the past month and im so scared of leaving my house. if i do leave i make sure that i have not eaten anything. basically i have to be starving in order to leave my house. im addicted to the feeling of hunger. its confusing and im rambling... i need help

i take AD and it kind of helps, and i dont sleep so for that i take seroquel. i have OCD and i have many rituals that drive me nutss

Miss, your meds and treatment are from a psychiatrist right? Have they discussed an add on med to augment the AD? Wellbutrin or Buspar are sometimes added to the AD(the AD should be at a high dose already) if the AD itself doesn't help enough. Just a thought to consider with your doc. PM me any time. Alankay.

yes they are from my doc but i havent had therapy in over a month and i need to talk to someone... thats why i came on here. i need people who can relate to me
